Pendant 12mm Christening Ring Zirconia Silver 925, SKU: GL_93114

A beautiful gift for godparents at a baptism This 12mm baptism pendant, a baptism ring made of 925 sterling silver, has a slightly angular design and is crafted to a high standard of jeweler's quality. It is simply set with a small white cubic zirconia. A baptism ring is a very special ring that is not worn as a finger ring, but always on a chain, as the child, usually young, cannot yet wear a ring on their finger at baptism. Its round shape symbolizes infinity, representing the eternal covenant between God and the child being baptized, which is sealed through baptism. The ring is usually presented by the godparent during the baptism ceremony, kept afterward, and later worn again for First Communion or Confirmation. This custom makes the baptismal ring a very special piece of jewelry as a baptism gift, a reminder of the bond with the Christian community.
