Suggested Use> Apply the eyeliner along the top and bottom lash lines, starting from the inner corner of the eye and working outward. Suitable for use on the waterline. For a custom look, pair it with another shade of the Infallible Pro-Last Eyeliner. Sharpen using a makeup pencil sharpener for precise application. Precautions: Avoid using on irritated or injured eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult an ophthalmologist if needed. Do not apply in a moving vehicle.
