Remove the built in actuator from the PT pump and replace the head and cover plate with an o ring and M6 bolt. 2. Check that the throttle shaft on the front of the PT pump is not bent by the impact. 3. When the PT pump was originally using the built in actuator, the throttle lever outside was fixed in the large throttle position (left), loosen the throttle lever stop screws on the left and right sides, and toggle the shaft to see if it is stuck or loose. Adjust the right screw to idle speed, about 650-750 rpm, and lock it tight. Adjust the left screw to high speed, about 1700-1750 rpm, and lock. 4. Determine the normally closed and normally open modes: After the external actuator, three section rod, and oil pump shaft are connected, push the actuator linkage, and the PT pump throttle lever to the left is normally closed (middle figure, right outlet shaft), and to the right is normally open (bottom figure, left outlet shaft, not recommended). When stopping, the position of the PT pump throttle lever is normally closed on the right and normally open on the left. 5. Adjust the length of the middle lever so that the throttle lever is close to a rectangle when the throttle lever is 50% open (at 70-80% load), and lock the screws of the two drive levers and the shaft. The two rotation shafts should be strictly parallel, and the three transmission rods are on the same plane when they are active, and the rotation is very flexible, without the feeling of being stuck. 6. External actuator wire is connected to the original built in actuator wire. 8. After normal use, it is recommended that the user make a cover for protection against debris entrapment and dust and sand pollution. 9. Normal use, pay attention to dust control, regular cleaning, check the tightening locking screws, and add a drop of oil to the bearings.
