Clean and dry the application area. Apply electrodes only to unbroken skin. 2. Open and remove electrodes from packaging. Keep original packaging for storage. 3. Peel electrodes from release sheet by lifting the edge. Do not pull by the wires. 4. If electrodes appear dry or lack adhesion, apply a few drops of water to moisten the gel. Wait a few minutes to rehydrate. 5. Place electrodes on the treatment area. Press firmly along edges and across entire surface to ensure good skin contact. Removal: 1. Gently peel off electrodes. 2. Wipe with a non-alcohol wipe or rinse with cold water, then allow to air dry. Keep sticky side facing up to avoid unintended adhesion. 3. Return sticky side to clear liner and place back into original packaging. 4. Store in a cool, dry place away from bright light and extreme temperatures, which may damage the gel.
