The non-stick nature of the silicone ensures that food residue does not adhere to the tray. It is easy to pick up and will not break. It keeps food intact and is easy to clean. The silicone dehydrating sheet has plenty of air circulation at the top and bottom, and when drying is complete, simply fold and pour into canning jars. Use to dry herbs, vegetables, flowers, jerky or pumpkin pie pudding. The mesh is so fine that liquids can seep through it.
