This product is designed to provide hands-free trunk opening functionality and is installed inside the rear of the vehicle, emitting detection signals downward. When the sensor detects a valid kick motion in the sensing area, it outputs a corresponding signal based on the motion strength, which can control the opening of the tailgate.Normal operation: Approach the bumper's sensing area with your foot and then move away. Once this motion is completed, a trigger signal is generated.Resistance to false triggers: The system is designed to avoid activation from common environmental interferences such as stairs, stones, branches, rough roads, plastic bottles, or car wash conditions.Product Type: Trunk Boot Kick Sensor Fitment: Direct Installation Installation Notes: 1. Locate the appropriate position on the rear bumper of the vehicle. 2. Clean the sensor installation area thoroughly. 3. Remove the protective layer from the double-sided tape on the sensor (the taped side should face the ground). 4. Securely attach the sensor to the inner side of the rear bumper.
