The PCIe IEEE 1394 FireWire adapter is backward compatible with devices with 400/200/100 Mbps transfer rates. Suitable for all types of FireWire 800 (1394b) and 1394a devices, including portable hard drives, DV camcorders, CD cameras, digital cameras RW/DVD-ROM drives and other audio/video devices. VIA chipset meets PCI Express basic specification 1.0a, complies with IEEE 1394-1995, 1394a-2000 and OHCI 1.1 standards. Plug and play. It supports Windows 98se/me/2000/XP/Server 2003/Vista/7 32-bit/win8/win10/Mac OS. No driver is required, and the 1394 device is built into Windows 98 Second Edition and higher (included) operating systems, and there is no need to download a driver separately.
