Insert the light probe into your nostrils with the pulse contacts touching both sides of your nose and place the silicone strip over your head. Adjust the length of the strip according to your comfort level.2. Press the "On/Off/Heat" button briefly to turn the device on. You will hear a "beep" sound, indicating the device has been turned on. The "Heat Indicator Light" will become steady red, indicating the heating function is on. The "Pulse Indicator Light" will blink, indicating the device is in pulse mode 0, which is the default mode with a working time of 15 minutes.3. Use the "Pulse Strength" buttons to adjust the pulse mode. Each press increases or decreases the level by one, and there will be a "beep" sound with each adjustment. You can adjust the level from 0-15. The device will start working in pulse mode 1, and the "Pulse Indicator Light" will become steady when the strength is adjusted to the lowest level "0" or the highest level "15".Note: If the pulse level is greater than 6, and the contact points are not in contact with the skin for more than 10 seconds, the pulse massage function will automatically stop, and the strength will return to level 0.
