FILTERED PARTICLES: Wound filter cartridges are ideal for retaining suspended particles with a diameter greater than 25 microns. Used in prefiltration for residential or industrial water systems, these cartridges effectively capture particles such as sand, mud, dust, clay, rust, algae, pollen, and organic matter. APPLICATIONS: With a standard size of 9-3/4 inches in length and 2.5 inches in diameter, the filter cartridges fit most filtration or pumping installations. These cartridges are compatible with a wide range of systems, including water filtration devices, water softeners, reverse osmosis units, and aquarium filters. INSTALLATION STEPS: 1) Turn off the water supply. 2) Open the filter housing using a wrench. 3) Remove the used filter cartridge and inspect the interior of the filter housing for debris or damage. 4) Insert the new filter cartridge, ensuring proper alignment. 5) Reassemble the filter housing and restore water supply.
