This spatula set, is and resistant to 500 high heat, dishwasher safe too, Sanitary, this spatula will not violate health codes, because it is made with the head melded flush to the handle, so that cannot get in and the head will not off - unlike some cheaper ones that have heads that are loose or off. Edges of the blades are flexible and thin to scrape good all off the sides of the bowl. The handles are long and ergonomically designed, comfortable to hold, and fit to perfectly reach the bottom of pretty deep pots, without your hands sticky; perfect to stir and scrape butter, batter, cream, chocolate and paste easily & cleanly, fit for pans, dishes and bowls of shapes.
