With the PCI-Express socket directly aligned with the socket on the motherboard. 5. It is a right-angle riser for the PCI Express X16 buses. The connector is soldered on the component side (B-side) of the board. When an I/O card is inserted, the component side of the I/O card will face downwards, towards the motherboard.
