Adjustable Grinding Settings: Industrial salt and pepper shakers feature an adjustable ceramic grind core, where you can easily adjust the grind level from fine to coarse by twisting the top nut. (counterclockwise thick, clockwise thin) LARGE CAPACITY: Each 8-inch-tall refillable salt and pepper grinder set can hold a lot of granules, so you won't be refilling them as often. To fill the grinder, simply unscrew the metal top and remove the wooden lid, then fill with your favorite sea,Himalayan, Celtic salt or black pepper corn. Screw in the wooden top cover to keep out moisture and keep the spices in the grinder fresh for a long time without affecting the taste or smell of the spices. EASY IDENTIFICATION: The "S" and "P" on the knurled knobs on the wood itself towards the bottom and top help you identify the different spices you put into the grinder.
