Constructed of gauge steel powder coated a nice satin black. To install, you'll need to remove the instrument panel. This is fairly easy. It takes about half an hour with common hand tools. Then you have easy access the 3 screws that hold the instrument panel in place as well as the wiring harness connector. With the panel removed, position the Rally Dash into place end then simply re-install the panel, headlight and windscreen and you are ready to wire up some switches and install your favorite electrical accessories! The upper outlet port diameter is 1-1/8" The lower switch ports are 1/2" diameter openings.
