Find the air hole at one end of the ball (a small rubber circle with a smaller hole).  2. Use soccer pump or any other air pump and insert the pump needle into the hole, then start pumping your ball. The excellent construction and elaborate stitches of the ball ensure excellent air and shape retention.  3. Compress the ball with your fingers to check the air pressure, and stop pumping after the ball is aired up for your comfort.  4. Attach the two adjustable ropes connecting the ball to the floor and ceiling separately with the hooks we provided.
