8 ELS TIRE REPAIR KIT QUICK REPAIR The kit allows you to quickly repair a punctured tire. The set includes 5 vulcanizing cords, glue and accessories. It is ideal in the field, when it is not possible to replace a punctured tire in quads, off-road vehicles, etc. You can quickly repair a punctured tire without removing the tire from the rim. However, it should be remembered that this is a temporary solution that allows us to reach our destination or the nearest vulcanizer. The set is not suitable for a cut tire or side puncture, but only in places where there is a tread. Application of the repair kit: - cars - lorries - off-road cars - quads - motorcycles cord length - 10cm 5 pieces Instructions for use: 1. Remove the nail from where the tire was punctured. 2. Coat the bit with the supplied glue and hammer into the hole left by the nail according to the angle at which the nail entered the tire to fill the hole well with glue. 3. Thread the cord onto the awl and bend it in half , ends up. 4. Coat the cord with glue and use the awl to press the threaded cord into the nail hole, according to the angle of previous penetration. With a firm movement, push the awl with the rope through the damaged place. Make sure the cord runs through the entire layer of the tire. Be careful not to pull all the string inside. The two ends of the cord should stick out approx. 0.5 - 1 cm above the tire tread. With a firm movement, remove the awl from the tire (you should not rotate the awl inside the tire when pulling it out - it may break). 5 . Cut off the two protruding ends of the cord leaving 5mm above the tire. During driving, the cord will be flush with the surface of the tread.
