The cylinder must be clamped within the clamping stroke, not within the rotation stroke. 2. The clamping plane must be perpendicular to the axes of the cylinder, do not move the workpiece after it has been clamped. 3. The cylinder must be cleaned of debris before piping to prevent debris from entering the cylinder. 4. The medium used in the cylinder should be filtered by a filter element of 40μm or more before use. 5. If the cylinder is dismantled and not used for a long time, pay attention to the surface rust prevention, the inlet and exhaust ports should be added with dust proof plugging caps, and the piston rod end should be coated with anti rust oil.
