Rolled edges wont let cheese spill and prevent edges from being burned. Non-stick coating and prevents soggy bottoms. Our pizza pan has a non-stick coating making it easy to lift the pizza off the plate without leaving any dough. Slice and enjoy your pizza. Versatile: in gas ovens, electric ovens, commercial ovens and large chain ovens. For fresh and frozen pizzas but also for browning fresh bread and for placing cakes in the oven and removing them. Sturdy, durable and rustproof: made from aluminum wire. The non-stick plate is scratch-resistant, rust-resistant, and will not bend or twist when in use. Pizza serving plate dimensions: approximately 23-40.6 cm in diameter. Holds most standard sized pizzas. Safe for the oven. Can be used as indoor cooking tool or outdoor activity accessory.
