Solution for compatibility issues: Reset the printer by following these steps: Turn on the printer if it is not already on. Wait for the printer to come to a complete stop. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer and unplug it from the wall outlet. Wait at least 60 seconds. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet, then reconnect it to the printer. Turn on the printer if it does not turn on automatically. Allow time for the printer to warm up. The indicator light may flash and the print head carriage may move.
