Our springform crown mold is perfect for baking your savarins. This 24 cm diameter baking pan can be used to make savarins or round cakes. Thanks to the hinge, it is very easy to remove from the mold, just open it to remove the cake. TIP: This cake and savarin mold is not dishwasher safe. Do not cut directly into the savarin mold and grease it before pouring in the preparation. Let the cake cool for at least 10 minutes before removing it from the mold. Our mold is heat resistant up to 230C. COMPOSITION: Stainless steel with non-stick Teflon coating. DIMENSIONS: 24 x 24 x 6.5 cm. CONTENTS: 1 x springform and; hinged 24 cm.
