Thermistors in the WMF21 series are used to limit inrush current in power supplies for types of power, CFL etc., and heating coils for CRT color TV/monitor, heaters, filament etc. WMF21 series thermistors are the leading type of heat dissipation cover, featuring small bulk, high power, strong inrush current limitation, fast response, high reliability etc. Temperature decreases as thermistor material (B) increases and resistance decreases. The higher the thermal capacity, the stronger the ability to limit inrush current. It is directly proportional to the product of thermal time constant (T) and thermal dissipation constant (d).
