This emulator simulates a person sitting in the passenger seat with the seat belt fastened. To use the emulator, a diagnostic tool is required to clear stored error codes from the control unit related to the original seat mat. After connecting the emulator, use your diagnostic tool to clear existing errors and turn off the SRS warning light. Please note that safety system errors do not clear automatically. Voltage: 12V Before purchasing, scan your vehicle with a diagnostic tool to confirm the SRS warning is caused by a faulty seat occupancy sensor. Not compatible with W168 units or W203 models.
