This is a soil moisture sensor that sends moisture data to a receiver (screen). If there is block and interference, the signal will become weaker and the distance will be shortened. Even the signal will be lost.) Remarks:In winter, the outdoor climate is cold and the temperature is low, the battery may not work. Therefore, when the temperature is low, it is recommended to use lithium batteries, which may have better results.
