Description 10 Units AD9833 Programmable Microprocessors Serial Interface Sine-Square Wave DDS, Signal Generator Module [AD9833] The AD9833 is a low-power programmable signal generator capable of producing sine, triangle, and square wave outputs. Waveform generation is required in various sensor, actuation, and time-domain reflectometry (TDR) applications. [Compact Design] Output frequency and phase are software-programmable, allowing for easy tuning. No external components are required. The frequency registers are 28 bits wide: a resolution of 0.1 Hz can be achieved at a clock rate of 25 MHz; With a clock rate of 1 MHz, the AD9833 can be tuned to a resolution of 0.004 Hz. [High Performance] The AD9833 features a standard serial interface, allowing it to be directly connected to multiple microprocessors. The device uses an external serial clock to write data or control information to the device. [Applications] The AD9833WBRMZ-REEL model is available with controlled manufacturing to meet the quality and reliability requirements of automotive applications.
