The RP2350B microcontroller chip, designed for Raspberry Pi, features a unique dual-core, dual-architecture design. It incorporates a dual-core ARM Cortex-M33 processor and a dual-core Hazard3 RISC-V processor, both operating at up to 150MHz, allowing users to switch flexibly between the two architectures. It includes 520KB of built-in SRAM and 16MB of on-chip Flash. It uses a Type-C interface, eliminating the need for reversible insertion. It features an onboard 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen HD IPS display with a 320 x 480 resolution and 65K color depth, capable of clearly displaying color images. It integrates an ST7796 driver chip and an FT6336 capacitive touch chip, communicating via SPI and I2C interfaces respectively, minimizing the use of interface pin resources.
