Usage 1: Place the side of the knife flat on the rail closest to the handle so that the blade is on the abrasive, push the blade away from the abrasive surface and repeat this step using the corresponding rail, turning the blade towards the abrasive surface and pulling it along the abrasive surface in turns 5-10 times Use Method 2: Turn the knob so that the fine (smooth) surface and the on the knob rise, place the knife flat on the guide cabinet so that the knife edge is on the bar and push the knife edge away from the abrasive, repeat this step along the abrasive surface, alternating the knife edge toward and along the abrasive using the opposite guides 5 strokes on each side Using Method 3: Hold the knife holder so that the leather blade is facing up and the side of the blade is facing down and away from the leather, push the back of the knife to face up the leather blade Repeat this step using opposite guides and pulling action 10 alternately, being careful with the blade in your hand Use Method 4: Select the appropriate size ceramic rod to match the bevel of the serrated teeth, use 3-5 strokes per serrated tooth using a short push and pull process Please note:the physical slightly color difference or difference, does not affect the use, please do not mind, thank you!
