Band Saw Rubber Tyres Replacement 12 Inch 2 Pack

Band Saw Rubber Tyre – 12 inch How to Replace a Band Saw Tyre: 1. Unplug the band saw, loosen the saw blade tension and remove the blade. Then remove the band saw wheel. 2. Once removed, completely remove or cut away the old tyre and any residue left behind. 3. Place the new tyre onto the wheel rim, then use a short rod or pipe between the tyre and the wheel. Roll the pipe around the rim to equalise the tyre's elasticity. 4. Squeeze a small amount of glue onto a brush and apply it to the tyre and wheel surface. Repeat all the way around the rim. Allow the glue to dry for 24 hours before using the saw again. Diameter: for 12 inch (305 mm) band saw wheels. Compatible with LB1200F, W721, Jet and Grizzly band saws using 2240 mm band saw blades. Colour: black. Material: rubber. Size: approximately 20 mm wide x 3 mm thick. Package Contents: 2 x band saw rubber tyres. Only the above package contents are included; other items are not included. Note: Lighting and different displays may cause the colour of the item to appear slightly different from the real one. Measurement allowance is plus or minus 1-3 cm.
