Indicators: - Generator frequency - Generator voltage - Battery voltage - Accumulated running time - Emergency stop - Over/under speed - Low oil pressure - High water temperature - Charging abnormal - Over voltage Notes: - Over speed value will flash on the display after an over speed alarm. - Over voltage value will flash on the display after an over voltage alarm. - Charging failure will trigger an alarm indication but will not stop the engine. 2. Buttons Introduction: Display buttons: - Four status switches for generator voltage, generator frequency, battery voltage, and accumulated time. - Press and hold the PAGE button for more than 5 seconds when the module is powered on and in stop mode to switch between 50Hz and 60Hz. Operation: 1. Power On: Switch from 0 to I until the display lights up. During cranking, if the start is not successful within 45 seconds, the over speed indicator will light up. The controller will cut off the fuel solenoid output and enter protection mode. 2. Start Running: Switch from I to II to start the engine. Once powered, the engine will crank. If cranking is successful, the controller will enter running status after 8 seconds and begin monitoring parameters with protection functions enabled. If the generator set stops, the controller will cut off the fuel solenoid output and display the alarm status. Return the switch from I to 0. 3. Stop and Reset: Switch from I to 0 to stop and remove power. Parameter Setting: Connect the module to a PC using a communication cable and power on the unit. 1.
