The yogurt function adjusts up to 18 hours, rice wine up to 48 hours, and natto up to 36 hours. Operation is simple: plug in the power, press 'START', then select the desired function with the 'FUNCTION' button. Adjust the time using the side buttons if needed, or use the default time and press 'START' to begin fermentation. It includes a 1.3L glass inner pot for larger capacity and easy cleaning. The glass pot and microcomputer control system provide constant, even heat transmission. Size: 8 x 8 x 5.5 inches. Making homemade yogurt allows for a healthier choice with fresh, natural ingredients, free from artificial colors or preservatives.
