Dual DC Power Switching Module, 15A Low Voltage Ideal Diode, 6-36V Automatic Transfer, Adjustable Thresholds, for UPS Systems

This compact dual DC power switching module automatically transfers power between two voltage sources within a 6-36V range. It ensures continuous operation across extreme temperatures and features adjustable switching thresholds and real-time status monitoring for stable performance in various electrical setups. Built from plastic and metal, the module measures 46 x 32 x 15 mm and operates reliably from -40°C to +105°C. It uses an ultra-low power 8-bit microcontroller and a high-power low-loss MOS tube, delivering maximum output currents of 8A for the low power version and 15A for the high power version, with a switching response time of about 0.1 milliseconds. Two onboard power indicator lights and a precision multi-turn potentiometer allow manual adjustment of the main power switching and recovery voltage settings. It supports lock wire terminal wiring and enables seamless power transfer where the main supply voltage can exceed or fall below the secondary supply voltage, without charging the secondary circuit. Package includes one power switching module, designed for easy integration into electronic circuits requiring independent power source management.
