Punch 25mm wide lacing slits on your leather with this thonging chisel from Oka of Japan. The whole tool is tempered for increased toughness and the cutting edge has a smooth, curved finish, allowing for clean, professional-looking lacing slits. To provide more control and grip of the tool, the handle has a knurled finish, keeping it from slipping from your fingers during use.This single prong thonging chisel with a 25mm wide blade is excellent for adding lacing holes on your leather. The blade is designed so that it will be easier to pull off from the leather after punching. Use a soft headed mallet and place a cutting board (sold separately) underneath the leather before punching to avoid damaging the tool and your work area.Available sizes (each sold separately):• 2mm• 3mm• 6mm• 8mm• 12mm• 20mm• 25mmPlease note: This tool is sharp, keep out of reach of children. Store without the tool making contact with any hard surfaces to avoid dulling the cutting edge.
