This pneumatic chamfering tool is engineered for precision work on a diverse range of materials such as steel, aluminum, copper, acrylic, and wood. It is capable of creating clean chamfers (R and C angles) on round holes, irregular edges, arcs, and straight lines. Key features include a 1-5 stage valve adjustment knob for precise gear speed control and an adjustable chamfering depth mechanism. A built-in safety switch helps prevent accidental operation. Technical specifications: free speed of 30,000 RPM, air consumption of 0.4 CFM, and a 1/4" PT air inlet. Trimming capacity ranges from C0.1 to C1.5 for chamfers and R0.1 to R1.5 for arcs, with an adjustable depth of 0.1mm to 0.9mm. The tool is lightweight and designed for easy one-handed operation, requiring a minimum hole diameter of 8mm.
