Press and hold the power/wind speed button until the device starts up (about 1.5 seconds), and the wind speed is displayed as 1st gear, and the temperature gear is displayed as "CO" (cold wind gear). Continue pressing the power/wind speed button to cycle to 2nd gear. 3. Tap the power button to toggle the 650nm red light ON and OFF. 4. Gently press the temperature button to cycle through temperature settings: display shows 38°C (wait about 10 seconds), then press again to 42°C, creating a three-level temperature cycle (CO, 38°C, 42°C). 5. Gently insert the earpiece into the ear and hold steadily to allow air to flow freely into the ear cavity. We recommend drying intervals of 1 or 2 minutes per ear. 6. After use, press and hold the power button until the device turns off. 7. Clean the earpiece after each use by wiping with a clean cloth or alcohol wipe. 8. Re-attach the dust cover for storage.
