It converts RS485 data signals into wireless signals for bidirectional communication between compatible modules within range. The receiving module converts the wireless signal back to RS485 output. This eliminates the need for long physical cabling, reducing issues related to cable corrosion, breakage, or poor contact. Modules require only power and RS485 connection to begin operation—ideal for remote RS485 device control. Configuration is simplified using DIP switches to set baud rate and wireless channel. Radio frequency = (channel number × 5.5 MHz) + 426 MHz. Usage Instructions: - For 2 modules: Configure as peer-to-peer; each transmits and receives data from the other. - For 3 or more modules: Designate one as master and the rest as slaves. The master transmits to all slaves; any slave may transmit, and the master plus other slaves will receive. Only one device may transmit at a time.
