Spots Welding Machine 8000W High Power Dual Pulse TY

The welding process is based on the principle of high current and high temperature, rapidly melting part of the nickel sheet, and cooling. This spots welding machine adopts 8000W high power design, with output power adjustable for more accurate welding, suitable for continuously welding thousands of points on nickel/nickel-plate sheet. It supports welding 0.1-0.3mm nickel sheets with solid and beautiful welding spots. This product can be widely used on spots welding 18650 lithium batteries, cellphone batteries, and can be soldered firmly. Features: The welding process is based on the principle of high current and high temperature, rapidly melting part of the nickel sheet, and cooling, can fully meet the requirements of small spots welding machine, stable quality, solid welding and no tube frying. Small and portable design, suitable for outdoor cellphone repairing. ABS housing material, surface anodizing technology, wear-resistant. With clear definition digital tube display, real time monitor the remaining battery power. 8000W high power output design with rotation knob for more accurate welding adjustment, which can adjust the output current size, the larger the value, the higher the output. And is suitable for continuous welding of thousands of points on nickel sheet and nickel-plate sheet. Built-in high rate lithium battery, the output current and the output power higher, fast charging, with long service lifespan. It is designed for welding 18650 battery, support welding all kinds of common to nickel cellphone batteries. Also can be used for welding nickel sheets with thickness of 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25, 0.3mm. Solid welding, and with complete welding joints. Removable Soldering Pen: Flexible operation, with high conductivity, low contact resistance, with high current passing capacity. Two Types Optional: You can choose pedal type and automatic welding type depending on your needs. Pedal Type(optional): Two soldering pen placed at the nickel piece, step on the foot switch does not release, the red light flashes rapidly 3 times, the output current once, complete welding.
