100% pure cedarwood oil.DESCRIPTION:Cedarwood oil has a warm, rich scent. It may help relieve cough and cold symptoms when used in a diffuser or as an inhalation component. Extraction method: steam distillationPlant part: woodAroma: warm, woody and sweetFragrance family: woody p>INGREDIENTS:100% Cedrus atlantica wood oil (Atlas cedar).HOW TO USE: In a vaporizer: add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporizer or burner.Inhalations: add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years of age.)For massage: dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil, such as almond or jojoba oil.Bath: add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil per 20 ml of carrier oil. Mix in water.CONTRAINDICATIONS:For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply directly to the skin. Not for children under 5 years of age. Consult your doctor before using essential oils during pregnancy. Store in a dry and cool place out of the reach of small children.
